Quality control

Quality is a process, not a final check.

Every lot passes six controlled stages between the farm and the sealed container, so what arrives matches what was agreed.

  • 6 control stages
  • Moisture & purity control
  • Phytosanitary certification
Six stages

From raw material to certified shipment

  1. Raw material sourcing

Direct selection from trusted Egyptian farms, for authentic origin and natural growing conditions.

  2. Sifting & air cleaning

Mechanical sifting and air separation remove dust, straw and foreign material.

  3. Moisture & purity control

Laboratory checks on moisture thresholds, purity and essential-oil content.

  4. Sorting & grading

Graded by form: whole flowers, crushed leaves, tea-bag cut (TBC) or fine powder.

  5. Packing inspection

Hygienic packing in food-grade PP, kraft paper or cartons that keep humidity out.

  6. Phytosanitary certification

Final inspection by Egyptian quarantine authorities; phytosanitary and origin certificates issued.
